Glad you asked, here's the details!
We offer both Code Free (using Canva Elements) and CSS Code (using Dub-Ins Genie Elements ) form design options.
Two (2) rounds of revisions to ensure that we are executing your branding esthetics seamlessly.
One (1) mini tutorial video via Loom walking you through how to make changes to your form(s) and a resource guide with links to any collateral that we created to complete your project.
BONUS: One (1) custom Contract header and Client Portal headers to match your forms.
